Monday through Friday, we process and ship orders from our warehouses. Unless otherwise specified, standard delivery orders usually ship within 2 to 3 business days (that is the time during which the order leave the wharehouse and is processed by the courier and prepped for shipping). Processing times for high demand dates can range from 2 to 5 business days. You will be charged at the time you place your order. When your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already shipped.
